By accessing and using EchoX ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on EchoX for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modifying or copying the materials
• Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
• Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server

EchoX makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall EchoX or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Service, even if EchoX or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on EchoX could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. EchoX does not warrant that any of the materials on its Service are accurate, complete, or current. EchoX may make changes to the materials contained on its Service at any time without notice.

6. Materials and Content Ownership

EchoX does not claim any ownership over the content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. However, by submitting content, you grant EchoX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute it in any media.

7. Audio Recording and Transcription

You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to record conversations. You must obtain consent from all parties in the conversation where required by law. EchoX is not responsible for any recordings you make or any legal consequences resulting from unauthorized recordings.

8. User Accounts

If you create an account on EchoX, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify EchoX of any unauthorized use of your account.

9. Prohibited Behavior

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse any person or entity
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Engage in any illegal or unauthorized activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers

10. Termination

EchoX may terminate or suspend your account and right to use the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach the Terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco, California.
